I didn't look at my phone on this Saturday and I missed a notification that you were going to be in Montana on Sunday...that was a bad time to start not looking at your phone! Such great advice and I can see and feel a difference when I put my phone down and put my eyes up.

I don't know if we are allowing the phones to make us dumber, they can't make us dumber without our agreement and participation, but we are certainly allowing them to make us less kind, less attentive, and less involved with the world that is happening right around us. If we allow it, they are huge thieves of our time. If we allow it, they can also convince us that people on the other ends of conversations are less than human, that somehow they don't have a soul that God considers precious just as He does ours. As wrong as a person might be about an issue, that person still has a soul that God created, and as such, we should always do our part to appeal to that part of them, and we aren't doing that by name calling and ridiculing as so many folks do, and I know I have been guilty of as well at times. We can and should do better.

Drinking is a sin? Sin not even an issue when it comes to being right with God today. Jesus Christ paid it all at cross. Because you a saved person can't possibly go to hell doesn't give a person a license to sin, really? Your going to sin with or without a license, with all of the consequences to boot. Today, we have been justified faith alone in the cross work of Jesus Christ. Rest in that assurance, 1COR.15:1-4; Eph.2:8,9, Eph.2:13 and verses like these through the teaching of the Apostle Paul.

Too much evil in the world, the world isn't fit to continue as it is. There must be a consequence for the world as a whole, and it's coming fast. When judgment looms, everything starts to converge at a rapid rate to a resolve. This is what is currently happening in the world. If you don't know Jesus Christ in accordance to 1Cor.15:1-4; Eph.2:8,9, it is high time to be the gospel, good news of Jesus Christ before it's too late. Being too late has always been the irony and blight of mankind. Don't let the be you. Jesus Christ is coming back very, very soon. We're not going back to the way it was before covid, things aren't falling out of place but in place for the convergence and restitution of all things in heaven and earth by our Lord God, the savior of the world, Jesus Christ. While the church looks for the ultimate manifestion of the our reconciliation, immortality at to be with Christ forever, the world is seek independents from the God who made them, to become their own finite gods, creating some kind of a human heaven on earth, while heading towards WW3. 😮 Don't be deceived.

Podcast question: I don’t want my kids riding in the road. The cars go too fast on our dead end. I have repeatedly told them not to ride there. My husband on the other hand disregards my wish and let’s them do it. I am told that kids don’t comprehend danger or have the ability to know the rules of the road till they are 11-12 years old. I feel this teaches disrespect of me and that if they want something I won’t give them, they can just go to Dad. My husband says he just doesn’t agree with me on this so he allows them to ride anyways. I feel safety and backing each other up on safety issues is important? When he doesn’t listen to my concerns I feel unseen and like he doesn’t validate my feelings or even care to teach our kids to listen and respect my decisions as their mother. Have any advice in this situation? What should I do? I feel if my kid got hurt on our road and my husband disregarded me, I don’t think I could forgive him. It’s a big issue for me. He won’t listen. He does it when I’m not home. The cars are crazy. Thanks for considering my question.
